I started following her diet plan and lost 20 kgs in 4 months..of course, you have to strictly follow her diet and not tamper with it to see the results...she does not keep you hungry, gives you ample nutrition and most importantly, gives ingredients and recipes which are easy to follow at home. A couple of my friends started taking her diet after looking at my weight loss journey...very highly recommended for effective and economical weight loss journey.

Not only did she support me patiently through my weightloss journey (which was an upward battle in my case) but never pressured me and took into account all my nutritional needs as per my health needs. Not only does she give easy diets, they are varied so you don't get bored, she is very accommodative if you request for a particular meal to be added and she also suggests places from where you can procure diet items making it very easy to follow her plans. She ensures full nutrition and is a believer of sustainable weight loss. She has been a great mentor to me through this process.
