★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my patient to Dr. Saste as per told by another Dr. from my native. I had very bad experience with him.
He was not aware of what medicines patient is taking while admitted in KEM when I asked him he started shouting and asked KEM management give give any treatment to the patient. Everytime in front of patient he was saying very negative things. I had to move my patient to Sahyadri hospital. Dr. Was always looking for how I admit patient for more days bad I can get maximum benifit from this. Very very bad experience.
I will strongly not recommend this Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the saying goes "Doctors are God's way of putting Angels on Earth"... I /my family has never experienced it more truly than when i met Dr. Saste. I knew the doctor for the last 7 years, as he had treated my Vertigo effectively. A year ago, my husband had suffered his third severe brain stroke and was partially paralysed a few months ago. The entire family was in a state of shock and panic. I kept running from hospitals to clinics to doctors, slowly losing hope but always praying for a miracle, that is when i referred to Dr. Saste, knowing his knowledge, vast experience and ability to empathise and connect with his patients. From him identifying my husbands condition as a medullary syndrome even before the MRI results came out, to the time my husband a full (nearly impossible) recovery in a span of couple months, he has been the most amazing, intelligent and miracle doctor we have come across. He gave us time before/during/after his regular hours to make sure that was on-top of my husbands medical condition and just because of him, my husband had a speedy successful recovery, walks steadily and does his daily chores as before (off medicine).
Can never thank the doctor enough and we pray that he keeps doing the good work he does and would confidently refer patients suffering from neurological disorders to give him a visit and take his guidance. Good luck to all and hope you/your family member suffering from similar illnesses recover as speedily and in the right way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Dr.Saste for more than five years and he has successfully brought my migraine/ tension type headaches under total control. Prior to visiting him, I was suffering from nausea, vomiting, travel sickness and lots of head pain. I have learnt to manage this lifestyle disease with medicines and his mentoring.
Last month, my 69 year old month developed a severe vertigo and instead of spending time and money on expensive MRI tests, we visited Dr.Saste. He has all the in-house machines for detecting the patients problem and cured it within two sittings and that too with no need for any medicines. His treatment has been nothing less than a spiritual cure for my mother and my family. Strongly recommend Dr.Saste for all neuro related problems.
