★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After change in bp medication , my blood pressure was never in control . My 8 months went through lot of stress and anxiety after change in bp meds.
I went to old bp meds in a hope that reverting to old bp meds will help, fortunately it helped put an end to my bp issues but the imbalance part never went away , in fact it went worst as days progressed.
I went to ENT,Cardic to rule out any other cause for this imbalance before landing to neuro specialist. first neuro specialist gave me anxiety meds for over 2 months medicine which didn’t help. When he doled out anti-depressant without explaining why I need it I discontinued his treat since I felt that whatever is happening to me is causing more anxiety and I will die without diagnosis.
Later i went to Dr Kothari , he quickly noticed my collection of various file (ENT/Cardiac etc) , patiently listened to my symptoms and gave out his diagnosis (PPPD). He also told, a doc should always tell you what is happening.
He also shared the case study over an email (very few docs do that ) and after reading the case study I cried like a baby. All the anxiety went down and I happily accepted his treatment which was the same medicine prescribed by first doc. Difference was he knew what was happening to me.
To make story short. I consulted two neurologist. Sudhir was the best . He is humble , compassionate and I feel he is quite tech savvy unlike peers of his age. Getting appointment from his front desk is tedious but it is worth waiting.
Now I am 95% better and will be off meds in few days.
In the end, he also gave me doctors name who is doing some research on PPPD and see if I can help since this is quite a new disorder and less known by doc out there as per me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional doctor. He doesn’t have thermometer with him to check temperature. I don't know he is really doctor.He charges 1500 rs of consulation but doesn't have money to bring 100 rs's thermometer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sudhir Kothari is a very good doctor. I had a great experience with him. I had shown myself to one Neurologist and one Neurosurgeon prior. They were not able to find out my problem. However, in one appointment Dr. Sudhir was able to pinpoint the issue and treated me accordingly. Thank you so much doctor.

But staff and management is very poor.
Made 2 rounds to that clinic in 1 day still had to wait for 60 mins.
I kept on asking the staff that my grandmother has fracture in her ribs and can't sit for long
Still they weren't ready to listen.
Very poor and impolite management team.
