★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone to avail services at this place. While booking you will get an appointment only after 2 weeks. Then also when I arrived at given time I had to wait for 5 hours. There's so system. There's no first come first serve. It's upto your luck when they will feel like calling you. Misguiding staff. They will make you roam from one room to another. Total experience was pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough many fiagnostics centres are in Karol bag like mushrooms, only Dr. Doda's os accepting cghs panel for ultrasound. So if you are under panel, you have to wait 15-20 days after booking,eventhough,whatever emergency condition you have.

Instead they should not take panel patient if cannot offer services to them. The practice being followed at Doda's is unethical & needs review by its top management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lab committed to send the reports online, but failed to do so on time. Later after follow up with them the next day, they were able to send the reports. Unprofessional.
The Lab assured that mine was one off case, and usually they are very diligent with report delivery. Improving the review rating from 1 to 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after taking prior appointment, patients have to wait for unknown time. Writing to you while waiting for the turn. It's been 3 long hrs without having information when the patient shall be attended. The billing section simply give the excuse that this is not their area and wouldn't intervene. However, the USG room simply says that cannot give you the tentative time when the USG will be done. My pregnant wife has been waiting here since 12:00 pm. Not had very pleasant experience.
