Established in 2004 in New Delhi, Orbit Imaging & Pathlab Pvt. Ltd. Centre began its operations as an MRI Imaging Centre in Karol Bagh. Within a short duration, we have gained immense reputation and also have recently moved into world best pathology lab at a prominent location in Old Rajender Nagar, Karol Bagh as a contemporary diagnostic centre.

But I don't think so because I received good and responsive service from orbit
And there staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promised me to provide my RTPCR the next day. But the labs were locked up the next day and they weren't answering the phone. I had to miss a flight becuase of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to have your mri and x-ray done..the staff is not supportive and there mri images are also not clear as per the charges..
They never fulfill their commitments..
I had my knee MRI and I needed the report and images in the evening..they committed to give me as per my need..but in evening they started making excuses and then assured me to give report by WhatsApp in the morning. Which never came to my phone despite repeated messages and calls..
Also never book any test from bookmerilab service. They are frauds.

Better to go for other place for test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give good discount, roughly 50% on expensive tests and scans. I got my billing done on 1734 hrs. And I was taken for MRI at 2045. Such a long wait, but no prior intimation about waiting period at the time of billing. People who stay at far away distance will face problems. There's no parking facility.
