I would also add that any patients testimonial is less of a recognition of a doctor's professional expertise and more of a recommendation of a doctors ability to listen, care and heal. I can vouch for this fact, that your abilities are unmatched and exceptional.Thank you.
Normally, Doctors are in hurry and busy, but you gave your sincere and undivided attention to on that day and I am truly grateful and thankful to you for the treatment. God Bless Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best eye clinic. It’s on the 6th floor and there’s ample space for cars and bikes parkings. There’s a wheelchair accessibly and wheelchair parking space available. You can bring your kids here as well.

Adhering to all the COVID-19 precautions, the appointments are well spaced out and the staff is diligent about checking everybody’s temperature and oxygen saturation levels. The equipment is sanitized between patients. Only 1 relative is allowed with 1 patient. Distancing is strictly followed. The staff is polite and efficient. The clinic is spacious and clean.
The icing on the cake is Dr Doongerwala. He’s reassuring, calming, understanding and excellent at his work. A huge thank you to him ??

It was a wonderful experience visiting the clinic yesterday.
My honest and sincere feel from the time I set foot in the Clinic.
A very positive vibration. Your excellent confident and a very humble staff who greets the patient makes one feel relaxed. A huge Positive attitude so essential for a patient who perhaps going through anxiety pangs .
Then comes giving certain details that are required for the doctor to know a bit of information before he meets his patient.
All so beautifully carried out without anxiety pangs before you meet the doctor.
This exercise done for both the Consulting Opthalmologist and the Child specialist.
An exercise that puts a patient at complete ease and relaxed frame of mind.
A very important factor for a Patient Doctor relationship .
Finally when the patient meets the Doctor its a Beautiful relaxed and positive feel.
This is the starting point of healing process .
This journey is a wonderful feel .
The patient leaves relaxed and healed.
A wonderful positive vibration .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I am writing this review without even meeting the doctor.
I had an appointment today at 06:15pm, and we reached on time. Right at the entrance, we were greeted (or lack thereof) by a receptionist who was extremely impolite. She was rude in the way she spoke. You just can't talk to anyone like that, let alone the patients/clients, especially those who are coming for the first time.
There was also a male staff member who made my mother switch her seat thrice. This constant shunting of an elderly citizen is appalling. And then the receptionist tried to grab hold of my mother's arm in a very forceful manner. This is downright unacceptable. How dare she treat the patients like that. That was the last straw and we immediately walked out of the clinic. Unfortunately we couldn't even meet the doctor, but having a staff like this, who are absolutely insensitive towards the patients and their family members is never going to help him. Either train your staff, or change your staff. Heck, not having a staff is much better than having one like this.
Will never ever recommend this to anyone. Especially if you're planning to go there with an elder citizen.

I always visit her when my child needs treatment and even I consult her on video call too . She is very cooperative doctor and always give good and perfect advice. The facility is well-maintained and adequately staffed to guide patients through procedures.
