★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality of construction. Interior as well as exterior quality is not upto the mark. Ceiling leaks are common, wet spots on the wall during monsoon are regular affair. They are incapable of figuring out the exact problem and unable to provide correct measures to stop the leakages. Highly unsatisfactory work. Escalated multiple times, they do site visits, do some work, but the problem persists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY**** in to any of this Builder's property. They will take your money and give you just fake promises on completion of your Invested flats. I had invested in one of their sites in Chembur in 2018 and till date not even a single % of work has been implemented and neither my Money has been returned.
