★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is the best doctor in Borivali West for Child. We visited her after getting recommendations from our office colleagues. As I work in govt, so staff has lot of past experience unlike private companies where people change job in 1-2 years. She gives as minimum medicine as required. With that our child has developed good immune system. Also she avoid changing the medicines for things like cold, fever, cought, diarrehia etc as she believes that more you change medicine, your body will become resistant towards them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good Dr. I had been talking my son to her since he was 3 years old. Now he is 14 yrs old. Also I take my daughter who is 7yrs now. Dr. Gitanjali is very polite n listens very careful to patients, I am blessed to have such good Dr for both my children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She was arrogant and didnt understand issue and started shouting on me just because both parents were inside the clinic. My child was not comfortable and crying hence we both wanted to be there. She gives normal treatment like others hence i would prefer other doctors over her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant woman. Pathetic way of talking to patients. Horrible is the only word.
I have 2 year old twins and both were unwell. I took them both along with my sister as I couldn't handle both of them alone. As we entered the clinic, the staff started arguing with us that only One parent should accompany one patient. As we tried to explain to them that both the kids were to be treated and I wouldn't be able to handle both of them, the Doctor came out and yelled at us saying that we can wait out or take our kids to some Other doctor.
Also, she is too expensive for the treatment she gives. Her meds are very basic which any other doctor can give.
I would not recommend her to anyone.
