While many doctors turned mechanical during the pandemic and lost focus on their patients' pre-existing diseases, and current conditions; Dr. Gourav made it a point that he gives time to each of my family member and provide appropriate consultation. He is also one of the few doctors who prescribe generic medicines and do not promote specific brands.
