★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i got the service within 20 minutes when i am in agra at night 11.pm when i call to company helpline no. she picks the call and transfer to the local mechanic so the person came to me and repair my car without taking any charges.also she call me in the morning for taking the feedback of services

I bought their lifetime service for 2499 and their website claims 24x7 Road Side Assistance anywhere in India. I had my car breakdown once and I called but no one picked up and later the car issue was solved. Some weeks later again I called for a flat tyre and they asked me to send my location but after that the full day I didn’t get any response back. After I called them in the evening they put me on hold for 5 long minutes and after I hung up waiting for them to call back, they didn’t. After that they switched off their phone until the next day which is today. A girl named Puja picked up the call and after speaking to ask demanding my money back for the service I’m not getting she hung up the phone and switched off her mobile.
Don’t get this service, they are running a Road Side Assistance Scam. I will be reporting the same case to the local law authorities as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. This basically is a fraud company. Tgeyvcharged me 2000 for four years. I never bothered them for 3 years. Just now for the first time I felt the need a my car broke down due to battery issue. I called them. 2 of their numbers published on all stickers were already out of service. Managed to call one number and was ensured they will send someone within 20 mins. I shared my location but noone ever came. I called back many times, initially no one picked and then they switched off the phone. They are simply cheating.
