The staff and doc are friendly and also helping and careful.

Today we visited Dr.Harani's clinic and observed that Dr. himself is not having proper etiquette to talk with patient and listen carefully.Other may have get right treatment from him but this is our experience.

This review is regarding the patient services that i had experienced today ( 21-07-2021, Patient serial No. 19-Morning session, by name : Kiran Peddi). I had visited the hospital at 11AM and registered my name at the reception for consultation. Good to get the appointment in the morning session. Though I was given appointment no. is 19 by the receptionist, in actual practice it was not happening so. Many patients have enquired many times, and she was keep on telling them wait for your turn and so.I’m not sure whether you know the fact or not. But i’m bringing this issue to your notice. I respect the other patients who waits for their turn like me. I enquired at the reception for 2 times , at first they said my turn is after 1 patient. Fine, I’m waited so. Sadly, even after 2 patients she was not calling my name. Again I enquired with her, this time she told that my turn is after 2 patients. I know the patient no. 20 had gone for consultation, so I asked the receptionist what’s my turn. She refused to show the register and surprisingly told that I was not present when she called my name that’s why she was allowing others for consultation. Referring to her words, I told her to check CC TV footage for the last 2 hours as I was in the waiting area since 11AM waiting for my turn. I was ready to complain this issue to you Dr and to my sadness you have given me harsh reply saying “So what” when I entered your cabin along with an elder person. Of course, I can understand your concern for 1patient at a time concept. I allowed the elder person and waited so for my turn in your cabin itself, as you allowed. I tried to explain you what’s going outside at the reception counter, as you are up to time for other patients you treated for my issue. Since the issue was not brought to your notice, I was compelled to write this here. Without any fault from my side, I was kept on waiting and was questioned against. I hope you understand the issue facing by the patients outside at the reception counter and implement the FIFO basis. Regards, Kiran Peddi
