★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude. Doctor does not visit himself regularly and does not visit at all on weekend, even for their own patients. The whole staff, medical officer included plays ludo all the time and when you interrupt them gets mad.
Lack of coordination when switching shifts and handing over duties. They have 4-5 doctors there and each one suggests different things. Treatment there seems like trial and error. They've scripted answers when you ask them about treatment and how long it is going to take. It seems like they will try and hold on to patients for at least a week anyhow.
Overall management is so poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having horrible pain in my stomach way back in 2016 and everybody was suggesting for DR. K.K Rawal. We went there and they took my case in emergency without charging any extra fees & told us to get some blood report done. But before even reports came,his judgement about me suffering from Acute pancreatitis was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.?
Treatment last for 4 days and I was absolutely fine then and it was all because of such supporting staff of hospital and experience of doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.K k rawal is the best doctor in saurashtra region n staff also good behaviour n all facilities are available in hospital. Also treatment prise is so far. N also given good treatment of all doctors n staff.
I am Hartley recommend of this Prime hospital. Bcoz my mother is also admitted this hospital n staff n doctors given good hospitality.
