He speaks very straight and friendly...
He is not a doctor who working fir money ? he has dime ethics and he is one of the successful doctor in the market ....

Let me explain you why!
Tried calling this center for appointment with Dr. Santhosh, this lady at desk says appointments are full. Even though we are trying for this since 3days.
Very bad we say, very bad. Its not about the doc, its about their service. Poor management skills.
When called on the first day, they said that to call tomorrow, when called said to call next day, again when called she said the appointments are done try to call on time.
As my mother tried directly to visit the center directly, they even dint allow up and closed the doors. So illiterate behavior.
EVEN THE DOC SAID IT WONT BE POSSIBLE, IF ITS EMERGENCY WILL A DOC WONT SEE A PATIENT?

His office administration system is too good and Fast. He too use Modern technology in his clinic. He is not only a Dr but very good human ...
He was also honest and didn’t try to make waste our money, he told me the facts, gave his recommendation, then let me decide what was best for me. He helped me in every way possible.

Has a clear board stating with appointment 500/- and without 800/-. Without appointment patients are encouraged. Example I visited the clinic at 5 Pm and till 7:30pm token number was 21, although I have seen atleast 10 patients leaving the doctors cabin.
Ask the reason for delay is crime
Doctor has good practice hence if any one questions why, he calls into the cabin and shouts on top of his voice and says get out.
Overall not very bad experience... I would not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors treatment is very good and he will explain and identify the problem clearly. But drawback is waiting for hours even took prior appointment. Now in this pandemic situation also doctor looking for in-clinic patients, if he will start online consultation it will be very much helpful to patients and there will be lot of decrease in spreading of virus . Its just a suggestion from a patient who is very happy for his treatment but unable to visit clinic in this pandemic. Thank you sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely arrogant receptionists and doctor. Makes you stand for hours even after booking appointments. Staff holds personal grudges on you. Checks no BP, weight or pre treatment requisites. Talks very inappropriately and do not address patients well.
Dark hygiene. What an irony to see doctor and staff not putting on their Mask and no maintainance of sanitation during pandemic rather than being someone who should educate about it . One star would be too much too.
I have seen other reviews too stating the same about receptionist at the front desk and Doctor replying to the reviews that they would work on it. How pathetic to see there's no progress untill today another irony is that the doctor is as rude as the receptionist and this could be a better example of how qualification doesn't add value to who we are as a person but our personal traits does.
I'm certain about how polite the doctor would reply to reviews like mine but trust me it's not the reality. I suggest an authentic progress ln critical feedbacks that the management receive from patients like us especially when you are in service sectors.
