Let me explain you why!
Tried calling this center for appointment with Dr. Santhosh, this lady at desk says appointments are full. Even though we are trying for this since 3days.
Very bad we say, very bad. Its not about the doc, its about their service. Poor management skills.
When called on the first day, they said that to call tomorrow, when called said to call next day, again when called she said the appointments are done try to call on time.
As my mother tried directly to visit the center directly, they even dint allow up and closed the doors. So illiterate behavior.
EVEN THE DOC SAID IT WONT BE POSSIBLE, IF ITS EMERGENCY WILL A DOC WONT SEE A PATIENT?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience. Visited with severe stomach pain and dehydration. Was not able to stand at least. The receptionist did not even ware a mask in this pandamic and arguing with me to leave my foot ware. Is that important when we were in emergency?.. Insted I raised a complaint on her, she raised on me and Dr. Santosh did not even check me up and told me to get out from his hospital..how pathetic the behavior of a doctor like this .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad doctor and bad receptionist. She was very rude , she was shouting at the patients. Its the pandemic and they were not wearing masks . No sanitization. When we raised a question about them not wearing masks , the doctor asked us to get out . No professionalism at all. I guess the receptionist who was checking in the basic details like bp and temperature is not even a nurse practitioner. And don't even ask about the doctor , he was very very rude . Think before you vist them . 1 star is more too. I suggest you to go to a different doctor .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very knowledgeable doctor and a bad receptionist. I have been visiting him since 5 years. Never experienced this kind of worst behaviour from their staff. I took my father for check up , doctor asked me to provide mail so that he could send the prescription and reports to me. While I am giving him the details, that girl stopped me and told the doc that she will take that id. So I provided it at the reports section and told them clearly to send both the documents.It has been 2 days, I continuously called them for the mail, so they sent me the mail with no prescription,what if it is an emergency situation? So I asked them to connect with receptionist.. the way she is giving answers is in a sarcastic way.. better she learn some manners. Better doctor listen to what patients are telling him rather than listening what she is saying. Just because she is a receptionist no one are giving complaints. Rude behaviour is tolerable but no sarcasm. Still no prescription. Thanks for their best customer relationship.
