β β β β β Hello My Name is Devansh Vishvakarma & I'm from Indore.I'm a professional cricketer representing at state level.2 months ago during a match my back started paining & that's become very painful.Though I had taken some painkillers for that match and for the upcoming few matches.After the tournament gets over I had taken rest for around 15-20 days for the recovery backpain and then started my daily workout.But after a week my back started paining again & it was very dolorous.Then I approached to Dr. Kajol Singh mam & she gave me a schedule of exercises and movements for the recovery and strengthening for my back.She had guided me by the way (like - what to do,what to avoid,what to eat,how to sleep in correct posture..etc etc) during my treatment and observed my daily activity very closely. Around 15-20 days of treatment my backpain almost got over and I had started my workout very slowly and steadily & she advised me to do the exercises and movements that she had given me for strengthening of my back which I'm doing religiously till now and now I'm completely recovered from my backpain & not having any type problem in my back..
I'm very thankful to Dr. Kajol Singh Mam for her treatment helping me in recovery/healing for such a pain that was very plaintive..

β β β β β Had strong back pain as I lifted 50 kgs of weight thought it was of 25 kgs. Because of this pain I was not even able to walk properly. But Dr Kajol helped me in regaining correct posture and also I got rid of pain.
