★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is the best E N T doctor , I was suffering from throat infection from 1 week , tried 2 doctors and all home remedies but dint get any result, finally got reference of Dr Kalpana Patel through google, she is very polite and listened my problems and then prescribed medication gave me some advices, I felt much better in just 1 day.

Soft spoken and goes through every detail of your problem and tries her best not to give unwanted medicines.
I would highly recommend everyone to visit her if you are having ENT issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I would rate 5 for the doctor's nature, experience and expertise as a specialist. However in terms of the treatment for the problem that I received, I am not satisfied. I had Tinnitus problem for which I had taken consultation, there was a minor ear wax removal done and advised not to worry about the problem. This is very generic treatment plan, there are a series of test we needs to be done to ascertain the exact nature of problem, which were not advised. I did not get solution to my problem and the problem still persists for which I clueless.

She listens well to the patient and does not give any more medicines. consulting fees is 800rs. first time and then 300rs. after every check-up. She is very supportive and encouraging to patients to keep stay healthy with advises. I would request or recommends to go there. After a week she will go to USA for six month but another Dr.will be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing this experience so others don’t face this issue. I waited to write this feedback till 3 visits and she didn’t change so i thought my judgement is not wrong and I made a correct analysis. LET ME BLUNTLY TELL YOU SHE IS THE “WORST” EVER HUMAN BEING AS A DOCTOR I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. BOTH HER BEHAVIOUR AS WELL AS PRACTICE I FOUND WORST. I had to take my 80 years old mother to this WORST DOCTOR for ear treatment and she could not make appropriate diagnoses and prognoses. I found her follow-ups just to make money. She charges 1500 rs. as the first visit charge, 600rs during second visit and 300 in 3rd visit and made total 2400 rs. Just for the follow ups (AND THAT TOO THESE FOLLOW-UPS WERE WITHIN THE PERIOD OF ONE SINGLE MONTH). Her treatment has been so worst that my mother has not recovered even after consulting her for over a month time now. During 3rd visit (follow-up) she said my mother’s eardrum has a hole and she may require operation. I simply asked her, why didn’t u tell this during our 1st visit then she gave some unacceptable technical answer which people like us neither understand nor challenge. Also she prognosis for the drops in 3rd visit which she had already prognosis during the 1st visit also. I knew this when I came home and checked drops, i m not able to understand how n why she prognosis repeat of same drops again. Plus, her behaviour to my mother as well as to me has been extremely wicked and she seems to be troubling of some mental or social disorder. I am a lawyer by profession and I am going to file a LEGAL CASE AGAINST THIS WORST PRACTITIONER. My sincere request to all not to consult this practitioner for any ENT treatment.
