The staff is very friendly and they are doing a great job. Doctors are very kind and fully sporting my patients. my mother was admitted in 4th floor and we are lucky that we don't have to do anything cause the hospital staff , they are handle my mother like we dose.
Overall service is very good ,

The staff is very friendly and they are doing a great job. Doctors are very kind and fully sporting especially with covid patients. my grandfather was admitted in covoid and we are lucky that we don't have to do anything cause the hospital staff , they are handle my grandfather like we dose.
Overall service is very good ,

Doctors ,nurses ,housekeeping each and everyone are always ready to help you out. My doctor Dr.Neel Thakkar is very humble.He cleared every query related to my case in a very good manner.
Good support of all doctors, nurses, and other staff's behaviour is too good.

Doctors ,nurses ,housekeeping each and everyone are always ready to help you out. In covid time when I can't get along with my family the nursing staff treated me with their smiling face. My heartily thanks to all the staff especially nursing staff for their care and concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was admitted in very critical condition- the hospital Emergency Station handled the medical situation very effectively (which calmed the anxieties of us family members).
The panel of inhouse doctors and visiting doctors were closely in touch with each other - hence the line of medical treatment was effective - leading to my mother's smooth recovery.
The duty doctors / shift doctors are very attentive and keep the family members updated on patient progress.
The nursing staff is very young but well trained - the nursing supervisor takes rounds and is attentive to our requests.
Due to the nature of ailment, we, family members made many requests - which the hospital admin staff obliged on the merit of requests.
Overall am happy with Sterling's care - having the earnest for providing good medical care.
Special mention of appreciation for Dr Tyrone Fernandez (very approachable and gives good counselling to patients / family members) and Sunny at Reception.

Specifically CCU is well maintained and had latest machines which required for critical patients and their staff is friendly.
In addition I must mention about the all over staff in ward are very friendly behaviour and helpful. Thanks for giving us very satisfied treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really very good.Rooms and laboratories are well maintained. I got admitted at 3am in the emergency building but was given immediate care. There was no delay and I didn't have to wait for the registration process to be done. They started treatment immediately. All the testing facilities are available within the hospital. Specialised doctors and support staff together make a great team.
Thank you very much to everyone, specially nursing staff for their kindness and concern to make me healthy ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife fell sick and we called our family Dr. Tyron Fernandes and admitted in emergency ? at 1am in the morning, they started the treatment immediately and provided the room. All Nurses & Staff were good at their job. Floor Manager Sarojben was very courteous and took care of entire service. Only there is one biggest problem is their management are charges (Admin Charges) almost 25% of the bill, as a patient we have good insurance policy and we pay good amount of premium so that we don’t have to pay from out of the pocket, yet the hospital charges so high… that having insurance makes us feel helpless. VERY POOR MEDICAL POLICY IN INDIA….
