After waiting for more than 45 minutes even after booking an appointment, the doctor ended up spending less that 10 minutes to check, hardly giving any time to explain medicinal terms, ended up doing a procedure to check something without explaining what it means and is not part of the consultation fees. She needs to be more empathetic, polite and respect time for their patients. Better to see other doctors in hiranandani. Not value for money.
