★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted in emergency situation for gall bladder stones removal through laproscopy. It took total of 6 days for them whereas this usually takes less than 3 days in other hospitals. Someday they said doc is not available someday it was Sunday and someday OT was not free . Imagine such a big hospital giving such lame excuses. On top of that they neither gave me solid food and nor compensated with Iv drips... When operation was done my body could not cope with the pain as I was so weak after that point. So there is no point in spending so much time and money to get treated so badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire family visits Hiranandani Hospital. V started by visiting Dr. Pavitra S Bhat (Ophthalmologist) for retina checkups and later also started seeing Dr. Neeraj Tulara for my post covid lethargies etc. my entire family and extended family now utilises the services of the hospital for most of the illness/ problems.
The hospital environment doesn’t make u feel the typical hospital feeling. Staff is courteous right from security at entrance to the doctors.
Keep it up.

My father is 71 who was undergoing the surgery and my mother was with her who is 65, even then the security guards forced me to stay out of the hospital, at some point they almost heckled me out and I was repeatedly telling them that I have senior citizens to take care.
Just today, I came out of the hospital for the cab, my parents were in the lobby, remember my father had a hydrocele surgery and 71, I was just going inside to take him out and security guard misbehaved with me even when I told him my aged parents are sitting right there I just need to take them out. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
What Management should understand is that people aged 70 and 35 are not equal, you should have special provisions for aged people and your guards should listen first.
Things I liked -
Treatment - My father was admitted for small surgery for hydrocele, he was treated by Dr. Vinaykumar Thapar, I had good experience in the medical treatment received so far.
Rooms - We chose twin sharing room which my father find very comfortable. It was neat and clean and staff was communicating softly which I feel very important given that people are already in stress for the surgery. Nurses were in rush, I guess they are understaff probably because there were some hiccups and unnecessary delay at the time of discharge even when my medical expenses were cashless already approved around 11am doctor wrote to discharge by 12PM but we left by 2PM which could have been improved but not a big deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the costliest hospital in mumbai but in terms of providing services they are worst their nursing staff is worst they didn't provide services to the patient up to mark .they hired intern to who throw the disposable things in rooms here and there , they clean the patient wounds and put those things near basin,their house keeping also didn't clear those infectious material.when you complaint to public relation department they do nothing . Even in discharge summary they write your medicine of evening to morning and morning to evening.They charge even single thing but they didn't provide the service .i have uploaded the pictures .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services and health care is good. The only problem is how much trouble the patient needs to face due to their poor website & portals.
1. Website is slow and confusing and didn't take the appointments. The call system sucks as I could not book appointment through that too in one go and it's confusing too for a first timer.
3. Every small government hospital provides lab reports through mail/message. I had to ask the officials and it was ready (and i could not go to office due to this) ... They asked me to collect it from hospital. First of all what if someone sick lives far away from hospital, what if a covid report is + and the patient with covid comes collecting the report. I do not see sense in this. I asked for online report, so the website again not helping and then I had to mail to get my own reports.
Even with the best hospital facilities, the hospital's management is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 stars if it would had been possible. No issues with the doctor. But the support staff is very pathetic, lazy, they just do timepass stuff and take a decade time to issue papers/documents for cashless billing. What type of service are you providing? Don't you think of patient satisfaction? Or, it's just a mere way of harrassing the patient so that checkout time is somehow lapsed and you can then charge for another day of hospitalization?
I don't recommend anyone if they are opting for cashless procedure here. Such a lazy, retarded support staff/nurses will not bring any good.
The hospital administration should either teach them the steps and procedures or keep those on front desk who can help the patient in real manner.
Worst experience..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the services rendered to citizens right from registration till last stage ie vaccination. Please keep up this tempo and ensure every citizen is happy with the services and care which he is taken off. Even post vaccination service provided was excellent and every person was taken care by staff by repeatedly asking if he or she is feeling ok and after satisfying themselves we were allowed to leave with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the finest and modern hospitals in Mumbai. All medical procedures and facilities available. It is costly but it is because of their quality of doctors, machines, hygiene and value additions they provide. Paid parking is outside on the road. Limited food options in canteen which is a setback for such a big hospital.
