I would like to share my cousin story. He diagnosed with many doctors but results are none after several medical expenses. But he didn't perform any test. But he prescribed perfect medicine by which my cousin feel totally ok now.

Firstly, the consultation prices are fixed at an exorbitant 1500 Rs for first visit and 700 Rs for each subsequent visit! I feel there needs to be some sort of standardization of fees charged by doctors for consultations.
Well, the above prices would have been justified if the service provided by the staff was that of healthcare professionals. But, that was not the case!
The front desk ladies were giving off a vibe of entrepreneurs rather than healthcare professionals. They seemed to care more about getting the payment above the well being of the patient. The lady at the pharmacy did not seem to fit the job description too. She appeared highly untrained on how to communicate and also showed the least bit of care when the patient was nauseating right outside the window and I asked for a sick bag. All she responded was a rude no. And I had to ask again pointing towards her plastic bag stack for packing the medicines.
Later that same night, the patient was not feeling good again and was seeking support from the hospital. But, there was no way we could contact anyone for support and had to turn to our regular family doctor. This is a serious problem when contact is highly required during emergencies.
This experience in all led me to feel that the service provided by the entire Gujarat Super Specialty clinic/hospital was not justifying the charges it was levying on the patients for consultations.
