Reasons are
1) No specialist ( Gasterologist) available on holliday
2) Manager at desk is asking us(patient) to decide weather you want injection or not even before consulting/ checking / Diagnosed by doctor
3) So there is no point to waste time here , instead we can consult other Gastrologist or MD medicine
.4) Fees of specialist(MD (Gastro , DNB Gastrologist) but consult by Normal Mbbs doctor. Then why should we waste money here ?

My wife was heavily dehydrated and due to that she has to take admission.
This hospital has team of gastro special doctors. Who gave us right advice and treatment.
Also doctor has cured my wife with very limited medicines?.
