★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff and worst professionalisms I have ever come through till now.
I had called on 14/2/2019 at 19:00 to order a 2 kg cake for 15//2/2019 and the staff Mr.Shankar confirmed the order and told that the cake would be delivered by 11am.
On 15/2/2019 I went to the cake shop at 10:15 am to give the payment and inform them to deliver the cake at 12:30. Which is 1hr And 30 mins late. But the staff Mr. Balanath. I suppose he has not given is real name!!!!! He shouts and very rudely speaks and I quote “ kis ne order liya aur 11baje to cake kabhi nahi mile ga, aur aub to 2 baje se pehele cake nahi mile ga. Cake 2 baje mile ga lena ho to lo varna chalte bano!!””
Seriously so rude and pathetic staff and I guess this comes from top management that’s why a staff could do this so easily.
Finally I cancelled the order and yes I will make sure that this feedback comes to notice to as many people I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed. They delivered the cake 2 hours after the party started.
In hurry name on the cake was different so we had to get a marker to rectify name on cake. Everyone was thinking what's wrong here cause leaving guest unattended and going in search for a marker is weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order any customize cake from here. They are not capable of baking such type of cakes. At time of order they will make tall claims. But on the d day they ruin the entire experience by first delivering it late and then the cake u get will be entirely different from what u have ordered. Very poor customer service.
