β β β β β It is common for new parents to have numerous questions or concerns. It is very difficult to get a pediatrician who is willing to patiently hear your concern and answer them. That is exactly how we came across Dr. Kenneth Pais.
He is extremely patient. He spends on an average 20-25 minutes with each new patient and about 10-15 minutes with his older patients as well. He hears all your concerns, plays or bonds with baby for few minutes, reviews previous visit notes and only then proceed to do a thorough examination.
He meticulously maintains all records. His diagnosis is good and in my experience his recommended course of treatment has worked for my baby.
More importantly he gives you courage. He will not scare you and prompt you to go for expensive options for vaccination unlike corporate hospitals. His fees for consultation and also for vaccination are reasonable.
He is not only a pediatrician. He also sees adult patients.
On the flip side because of the tendency of the doctor to spend 20-25 with new patients you may even with an appointment and being on time have to spend atleast 30-45 minutes for your turn. But the wait is worth it.
Also since the clinic is operated from residence it is only an outpatient consultation and there are no lab facilities.
The doctor is typically available from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and again from 4.30 pm to almost 9 pm.
He is unavailable on Sundays.
Have been visiting him for pediatric services for 6 months now. Satisfied with the service so far

β β β β β We have been going to him since 1989. Though we originally chose him for our new born child, now he has become our family doctor and he rightly guides us for any sickness. He never hurries even if 5 patients are waiting out. You may feel sometimes frustrating to wait but the moment you meet him you forget everything and will feel it was fully worth the wait. Excellent doctor to have him as your family doctor.

β β β β β Disgusting experience. Very firstly doctors r known for their true dedication to their work. This doctor has time to stand a argue for coming to his clinic bt cant treat d patient with high fever such a shame. I took my lil baby with high fever 102' due to urine infection the baby was infront of him he said who asked u to come literally a shameful doctor,out there doctors r dying treating their patient bt this guy was unbelievable. He doesnt even deserve to be a human.
