Don't Even think about joining the company, Today is my last working day, and I would like to Write my Sincere review in last 6 months..
First if anyone going to join this organisation please don't even think of that..
1)Management is tooo pathatic
2)No way to communicate through officially
3)Every newly joined employees absconding within 3 months,
4) you won't get proper response from HR
5) you should wait till 6 months to get you're offer letter, that to not a guarantee, some of my colleagues dint get offer letter even after 6 months
6) Manager Saif will Target u personally and lot of partiality in the organisation
7) Since it's my last working day, recieved call from manager Saif, stating going to hold my salary.
8) They will provide you 3 days training expecting to achieve more that possibility..
9) No cab Facilities, Salry Deductions, if you take a leave means 100 of background check..
10) Utter waste management
11) Manager and HR will force to Remove the review.
12) Employees has been treating like hell
13) All the Positive Reviews has posted forcefully by the manager
Please Don't Join This Organization for your Good sake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly, horrible interview process I have even gone through. No proper agenda. No systematic time allocation. They are simply rushing us to finish up saying I have futher interview to take up. Which shows least responsibility on recruitment process.
Please, Change the online interview process to improve your company's standards. I ended up with frustrations. The Terms and conditions are worse.
