Nice place....... But as for freshers it's good company to start ur carrier.........not suited for experienced persons.........

very bad company .... specially HRs are very bad.... try for other company but not for this belive me very very much attitude people have plzz do not goo... mom swear it is very bad company tooo much pressure .... they take your bond and torchar you and treat you as labour..... There is one Bald HR is there and design shape mustache trainer is there they are taking money from conceltencies and selecting only those which conceltency is paying more.... Do not waste you time so many companies are there...... any one thing more they do timepass with girls... and selecting them

I got to know by my friend that this a very good place to work... Keeping that in mind on a positive note i had been to the office.... The receptionist guy ( chaudhary )spoke to me in a very rude manner never happened in life he asked me who has Reffered you I told my friend joined two days back she has Reffered me so the guy started laughing with a another women right next to him and says your friend joined 2 days back and y did she Reffer you so asked me which department you wanna talk to i told please connect to any hr and again he laughs and says we 4 hr department who do you want me to connect I told any hr who can help me so he told wait and dials a number and chit chats with a hr called shalu and discussing not about me and after few minutes says there is some random guy come here dont know where is he from tell me should I send him home??? Because rain has stopped ( 13.05.2019) 5.30pm this was an absolute racist and he passes the phone I say hello shalu i have come for a job interview here I'm an undergraduate and I got about 3.6 years experience in bpo sector and my previous salary when she asked I mentioned 30k she says ohh okay this is not the right place for you to work then if your still willing to work with omega I'll offer you 13k this was really really embarrassing @ my home we pay 12k for our house maid we never mistreated her or never ever we will embarrass some one like this I'm not blaming the company it's just these 2 guys made me have tears in my eye when I walked out of the organization it's not my failure these should be my success I would request the management to look through this please because I don't want any other candidates to face this like how I did ????

hi i have worked in omega for 6 months i would like to share my experience freshers to start your carrier in omage is not good. reasons are; pay less and make you work more and more even people working from 1 or 2 years will be able to do. that is way too much to take for a fresher, freshers will go under pressure and one more thing as i told i worked in omega f2 for 6 months every month at lest i would get one mail that employee is expired people are too good in screwing others life if you dont work in omega you should die most were below 25 years old freshers and for in 6 months 6 dead. 5 were girls and 1 is boy then think, just think they make you think its done and make you to end your life and coming to bond they never let you to look in it they make you sign, there are 1 year bond and 2 year bond for 1 year you are bit in safer side because 6 months goes too fast and all you have to do is close your eyes for other 6 months and adjust put every thing on line and work like do or die, but 2 years bound for freshers they will kill you every day they will make your life living hell so think before you join and other thing your 10 and 12th certificates will be with the company and if you need it pay 30000 + intensives and ot amounts which was paid to you to get your certificates just think how much. and there is something called score card if your production is less hr will issue pip like warning letter and the following month still he is not improved he will be terminated and he should also pay if he dont then they will add your name in some website were all other medical billing company's can see so that you will not get job you need to pay and take certificates, second any other issues or quarrels and get terminated the same pay take certificate you name will be added to the list you will meet worst people of your life all worst people and in position of managing the process like qca, tl, am, and managers so what else. if you are a experienced then its good no need of bond or certificates work for 6 months get conformation and if you dint like resign but one thing if your are terminated for any matter then your name will be added to the website. so for freshers if you unable to work just dont take wrong decisions there is lots out there just leave the job just abscond dont worry about certificates apply for duplicates. and to remind you will see worst people of your life and they will make you life miserable.

Having so big building, but the security people are not allowing to keep the bag, so mean... ? From bag bag the education came. If they don't respect for the bag, please allow us to keep the bag in ground floor.

This is a worst company I never seen in my life I left this job because of my personal reasons I requested marks cards for to apply my passport .I requested my marks card for two days but tl is not responding any calls even I tryed to connect HR I called 20 to 30 time but she will not responding any calls n any messages. It was a very disgusting n one more HR told for two days marks card they demand 15000. We are poor we are not able to pay that much amount. Yeah it is very bad experience I never expected from omega.

It's a good place to work all the staffs and trainers are good and well equipped. POSH is implemented to protect the women's in the office and also coming to the salary they have increased the amount and good hikes in the salary but here at omega hard work speaks a lot once if you complete all your task correctly you are the one who will be highlighting in the batch and in the company....! And no work pressure.
