★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kirnesh Pandey is the one who treats his patient's life as the most important thing. He has been a great help to my wife over the years with her diabetic control. Our complete family trust his opinion and always take his suggestions on-board when deciding what I feel is right for my wife. We do not stay in Indore, but are more than happy to travel to him because it means more to us to have a service we can trust than having it locally. He always has time to talk about our issues in depth and is open to looking at new ways of dealing with them. I cant speak highly enough of the support that he gives us. My wife suffer from T1 and it has been challenging, both physically and emotionally. We've been to dismissive and impatient doctors before, and it was such a welcome relief to encounter Dr Kirnesh. He always ask questions and really listen to the answers, explain his diagnosis, and walk with us through a treatment program.
Everything at his clinic is done in a manner that is efficient, friendly, and welcoming. We have always felt considered and valued there, both as a patient and as a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think for thyroid patient 800rs fee is only for medicine suggestion (50mcg or 25 mcg) witch sgsn can be given by any dr thyroid specialist Bt not discussion on how to control it May be he is the best dr for diebities bt not for thyroid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For thyroid, after visiting many other doctors, my problem is finally properly under control. Dr. Kirnesh examined my case carefully. He explained to me that my problem is autoimmune in nature and dietary restrictions are not needed in my case. Earlier I'd been told to not consume cabbage, soyabean etc. He also explained to me the need for regular dose adjustment. Very experienced doctor and gives lots of time to understand specific cases. Grateful to him for my thyroid finally being properly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review in return to thank Dr. Kirnesh for all the help he has been providing for my family. He is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in my life. I visited him for my Grandmother and my mother; they both have diabetes. He is highly professional and listens patiently to what the patient says. One thing I like about him a lot is that before prescribing anything, he collects the data of the patient like charts, lab reports, etc. The average sugar level of my Grandmother and mother has improved a lot since the first visit.
My Grandmother now lives in Maharashtra, and my mother also doesn't live in Indore, yet we can book his appointment online on WhatsApp without any issues. Getting the medicines is also not a problem as Khandelwal Pharmacy employs polite and professional pharmacists who understand that you are not in the city. They courier all the medication right away to you wherever you are in India and are available on WhatsApp/call for any questions.
I live in the US, and I book all the appointments and order medicine for my Grandmother and mother through WhatsApp. They are super flexible. I am happy that Dr. Kirnesh and Khandelwal pharmacy can help my family out. Thank you!
