Very bad as a doctor and as a human being also. Very rough behaviour. He writes prescription without even seeing/ listening the patient's problem. He does not want to talk with the patient. It is very unfortunate that many patients are being cheated by this scoundrel.
 Please don't waste your hard earned money on such a bad doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class doctor....waiting time was 2 hrs....after that did 3 nos unwanted x Ray of same area and after that was not able to understand also what went wrong....total expenses was 2700 full waste.

Long time to taken but don't decide whats the actual problem, he making the report one by one & given medicine only for business. He don't suggest to another dr.When my father condition very bad we r admited hosital after one days my father is dead.......then dr. Said for medicine infection reson my father is dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most third class doctor. He is not willing to see earlier reports and treatments. Took 750 as consulting fees but not prescribed a single medicine without MRI. My question if he is not able to prescribe a single medicine without repoty then why cosultation fees???
Hats off to Ruby, they offer discounts on MRI and forced so many times for booking MRI immediately after cosultation and doctor also followed up with staffs to ensure I have booked MRI or not.
Shame on this blood sucking system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been obtaining treatment under Dr. Kunal Sengupta from the year 2009. We have had experiences of the following illnesses: spondylitis, knee and back injuries, tendinitis, trigger finger operation, finger fracture, and many other minor issues.
We have been obtaining treatment at the OPD of Ruby General Hospital, and our experience has been uniformly good. The doctor seems very cursory in his observation, but his observation is always astute and he is accurate with his observations and treatments. He advises minimum medication, and when necessary, physiotherapy for rehabilitation. This ensures that one is able to get back on one's feet in no time at all.
A lot of patients feel that he does not take the consultation seriously or that he has not observed properly, but my personal and long time experience has been that though he observes the patient very briefly, he is not dismissive at all, and he observes very thoroughly. Not one treatment under him has gone wrong. In fact, his treatment of my relative's trigger finger has been so perfect that she now moves her finger as though nothing had ever happened. This same relative also has a bone that has joined badly after a bad fracture, but Dr. Sengupta did not wish to operate unnecessarily on it as he felt that it would do more harm than good. He has never recommended a surgery unless it has been absolutely necessary. This is my honest review of my experiences with Dr. Kunal Sengupta. Hope it helps.
