★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a pathetic centre and much in fraud and negligence, many of us have been victims in nirvana country society, I am lodging a police complaint also , centre head Gaurav Tiwari and warris Mohammad running this fraudulent and tarnishing dr lal image religiously. Please be aware.rest is ur wish as it’s ur health.
I am sending the case to media also, as this is for social welfare and awareness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reports are always delayed. Leave customers waiting till 11 in the night for reports that are urgent and supposed to be out by 6-7pm. Staff is unresponsive to messages and calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience with the lab is great. Quick and prompt service.We mostly inform them on what’s app a day prior to collection. No reminders are required. Dedicated and customer friendly team. However, they should provide free home collection as almost all the major labs provide free home collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The in-charge doesn't even reply to your calls and messages. The report was supposed to be given in 4 hours. Now, after 28 hours still there is no report. I had to cancel my appointment with doctor because of lack of the report. The guy keeps forwarding the call to his wife's mobile. Only false promises and no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most pathetic experience ever when it comes to a pathological test center.
First, the staff they send for blood sample collection has no idea how to take a blood sample and ends up giving the patient/customer thrombosis after blood draw.
Then, when a biopsy sample is given, they do not point out any inconsistencies in the prescriptions/reports submitted.
Then the great "Customer Care" saga begins wherein you have to follow up multiple times a day because you never get a call back (that is always promised on priority), nor do you get a reply to your emails.
After a 10 day delay, you received a blank report wherein everything is marked as "Not Available/Not Provided".
You try talking to the test center and they say they will help but stop taking your calls the day after that.
Yahaan reply kar sakta hai koi? Can someone reply here so that I can get my correct biopsy sample report (filled this time) and share it with my doctor???
