★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a blood test last saturday. Reports and other services are fine. But the employees are unprofessional and not trained at all. This is what happened to my wife after giving blood sample and its still there after 3 days. We decided not to visit this lab specifically in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the radiology services here. Got my abdomen ultrasound done here. The machines are of latest technology. The report was provided in a very short span of time and the film was of very good quality. The Radiologist Dr Amit Jawa is a very soft-spoken and highly knowledgeable person. I would say it is one of the best for radiology services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aman Bhatia - ONE person because of whom NO ONE should go to the Sector B-7 Vasant Kunj branch. He shouted at me and the lady who billed me. He insulted her by calling her brainless in front of everyone and said that I, the client, don’t understand simple rules when told once. He told lies to the everyone at the reception in front of others, “She came before also and I showed her a letter”. Whereas, he had never shown me anything. I was treated me like a thief in front of everyone, as if I did not want to pay for the blood tests. This man should be fired immediately. I have always gone there for all tests because all employees very nice. Now, never again and my family will also not go to this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them for doing my ECG as a regular check up.. They refused to do so as I was a covi d patient.. I have completed my isolation quarantine everything as per the government rule.. But still they r refusing to do my test is this a professional behaviour.. When medical professionals starts discriminating between covid patient n normal people then what about d society. Big shame. Thanku so much for treating ur regular client like this.. I will never suggest anyone to go for Dr path lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is conveniently located. There is a parking charge of 20 rupees...not a mcd slip. The sitting area is small. So most people were standing. Only two counters for billing so process was slow. The place looked upswept. Maybe there cleaning staff comes late. Although the centre opens by 7 am. The sample collection unit was efficient. I guess that's what matters the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very poor.. they took sample in the morning with a promise that report will be available ny the evening. I had taken appointment from doctor for the very next day.. but late evening report was uploaded by them which wasn't complete..one of the important parameter was not tested...I tried to connect with the person who collected sample but he didn't answer the call. I called the customer care no. they are telling that you need to give sample again. That day I had appointment with the doctor I needed the report because next day I had my flight back to my home town..I had come to Delhi specifically for consulting the doctor for few days and this was explained to the lab tech who collected my sample from the hotel where I was staying.... but finally I had to come back to my place as flight tickets were already booked and I had some other urgent work to be attended back at home. So returned back without doctor consultation on that parameter..thanks to lal path labs..
I would suggest SRL or any other path lab instead of Lal path...there service is poor and not reliable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you visit such brand lab you expect a decent staff who behave properly but here the receptionist was acting like he only have work and others are free. It was really difficult to tolerate his rudeness. My employer schedule an appointment for my blood test as they have some process and the receptionist was acting like I did a crime coming here. Worst experience till now.
