★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE is what the Indian Post service has become!
The speed post service which one pays for and get it delivered before in due time are not delivered in time and taking more than a month, plus the tracking service which is given has become just a formality types which doesn't show anything other than the booking time and date.
I wish there's a way the complains and issues face with the services by the public are taken up.

Item was not delivered yet it was showing delivered on the tracking information . Guy calling was adamant that I should pick up the parcel myself and hung up the call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom send me parcel of goods once or twice in a month by speed post from Aizawl and the postman calls me everytime to pick up my parcel .When I ask him to deliver on theaid address he said he can't bcos parcel is too heavy and it's the first time anybody in any post office branch I have never the type of reply I got from the postman of Vasant kunj ,we spend lots of money so it will be delivered to us ,in my opinion all the workers in Vasant kunj are plain lazy ,they are the worst type of employee for govt post office ,I'm so upset bcos I heard the same reply again today which makes me so mad .

THE POST MAN (BHUPAL SINGH) DONT EVEN VISIT THE HOUSE AND UPDATE THAT THE HOUSE WAS LOCKED FOR IMPORTANT PARCEL. GOD SAVE US FROM THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE. WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLAINT THEIR INDIA POST CUSTOMER FEEDBACK DOESNT PICK PIN CODE.
