★ ★ ★ ★ ★ employees are too lazy, by 12.30 they closed door for lunch although the timing for lunch is from 1.30 pm. afer lunch they hardly open counter upto 2.45 pm. I went at 3.00 but it was closed that time. when i reported this next day empoyees started to quarrel with me. very rude and dishonest employees.. Shame shame shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office provides normal postal facilities from 1000 Hrs till 1630 Hrs IST. The building is inside new JNU campus and is beautifully designed. However staff here is polite but they keep on suggesting people to visit post office of Hauz Khas for more services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave it a 5-Stars Review, it's just because of the Lady Employee (she is small in stature). She is so kind and did the work so quickly without hesitation, she knows her work and she is the first govt employee who don't put a rude face when asking questions. I want her to get promotion, she deserves it. Unfortunately I didn't asked her name. Thank you.
