★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a blood test today. First of all, the person who was drawing blood didn't seem to be a trained employee of any sort. No white coat or name tag.
She was holding her napkin in one hand and her phone in the other. She kept them aside to draw my blood, without sanitizing her hands and without wearing gloves. When asked about it, she said that the gloves make the needle slip. She sanitized her hands after i insisted, and then proceeded to check her phone once again before starting.
After it was done, instead of using the needle crusher, she threw the needle straight into the dustbin. When I told her to crush the needle in the needle crusher (which was on the table), she said that they collect all needles and then crush them in the crusher later. Then she said "ya jala dete honge, pata nahi" (or maybe they burn them. I don't know)
She did not even ask me to make a fist as you are supposed to when drawing blood (she said it's not necessary, its ok either way)
What kind of service is this? Had the standard of Lal Pathlabs really dropped SO low?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service , cant keep their words, they took the sample on 23 and till date the result is not been shared. its been a week what result are they going to provide . we don't want your result . give us the refund .and fool the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible place. Test was done on 1st December. Same day i got a text that said there’ll be a delay. I was fine with that. I never got another message that notified me about it. Fast forward to 14th December. I went to talk about a refund the rude staff started yelling at us saying we should’ve called. Other labs such as suburban and bethany always give a call when report ms are ready. They won’t accept their fault and a staff member was asking to see my phone! The audacity!! Although it is so close to my house i will never visit them again. And i hope you don’t either! The staff is so rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current review of this lab-A third grade lab.. Horrible service.. Please do not trust this lab as at the last moment they can deny from giving reports in time. They have no value for time and no mercy for patients. Its the worst experience ever I had in life. My husband is suffering from high grade fever and in spite of taking samples early in morning making us wait for the whole day.. This lab is telling they are closed and will not give reports when it's the time for them to give the report to me . At the time when I need reports urgently to take my husband to hospital they are denying me reports. Worst people at this place who have no courtesy to keep their words. Please remember they are their to eat up your money by giving false promises only. They are not capable of doing even one CBC test in one full day. Do not choose this lab. My sincere advice. Not at all trustworthy. After this I was told I will be contacted by a senior head manager.. However there was no response from their side. Complete ignorance. Not recommended to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phlebotomist never arrives on time. Minimum 1 hour delay is to be considered every time. I decided to not use Dr. Lal Path Hopless Labs any more. If you are in thane go for SRL, their app is far better than dr all path hopeless labs, their test prices are bit more expensive but punctuality and accuracy of reports is guaranteed every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed with their support and service that even a local pathology lab would’ve done a far better job. Untrained phlebotomists who take multiple attempts to find a vein, never arrive on time. Inaccurate reports and then after all these blunders comes a SORRY from their customer care.
Choose any local lab but not Dr Lal Path DISASTER Lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Don't* use LALPATH LABS for travel covid tests. They mess up with name, passport number etc . And there cant be changes done on a covid report ! You are stuck !! Plus their customer service is RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, To provide perfect report in minimum time at standard rate is the Aim of the any lab, however the aim of Lal pathology is missing due to non cooperation from Lal pathology at Badlapur East. Sample was given on 3rd Apr 22 and photocopy of report was requested on whatsapp on 13 Apr 22 (because the patient was in "q" for Doctor Consultation at Mumbai), however it was denied.
