★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly Thyrolab is a big 'No' for be it for blood test or Covid test. Be it their unprofessionalism , pathetic service and above all never 'Tongue tied',they master all. We had done a covid test of my grandmother and even after 3 days we didn't receive the report . When we tried to connect to them 'n' number of time , they just deceived us with false commitments which could have prove very dangerous for my Granny's life. Hopeless lab I 've ever come across. This should shut down asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I insist on avoiding Thyrocare if you need your blood work done on time & expect professionalism. I booked appointment for my Mother’s blood test with Thyrocare Dhokali naka Thane branch. No one visited my address even after scheduled & confirmed time. When I called them, no one picked up the phone, I didn’t have any option other than arranging with some other lab with higher cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted RT PCR test done as we were traveling out of Mumbai. Immediate response I got. The technician came on the same day of my placing the call. Did a thorough job and sent the report on time. Great service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Worst Service, when we called him for a Test, he was quick to reach at our place to take samples, however test result was not delivered as promised in 24 hrs when asked couple of times by when we will get test result, He said he has other important work to do rather than looking into this issue, and also mentioned that "Mi tumchyashi bolto hi faar mothi goshta aahe", as if he is doing some favor on us.
I need to give one star as it is mandatory for submission else that would have also taken back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst and pathetic service.
No proper updates to customer.
After collecting swab, they filled covid form full of mistake and my application got rejected by testing lab. After my followup they corrected their mistakes and still they are not sure whether lab will accept the form.
How can we trust reports if thyrocare team took 36 hrs just to fill form after collecting swab??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked through phrameasy app & was the biggest mistake. The representative had to come between 8.30- 9.30 am and he arrived at 7.45am.
Secondly the in spite of telling it's for travel purpose the report were sent late. Before whenever I did RTPCR with other centers they were on given time and reports were sent in time. Don't booke if your are doing for travel purpose. Since the time doesn't suit my travel so I did a re test from Alpine where I got my report in 6 hrs.
