No proper response from the Lab as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained personnel for taking sample and not properly dressed.Could never get report from them because either the shop is closed or the printer does not work or the concerned person is not available.The owner is most interested in getting money from the client even before sample has been obtained.
I had given samples for about 5 times in last one year and everytime it is the same story. The agency is not interested in bank transaction and always ask for cash even if total charges for various test is substantial.
