Surendranath Reddy founded Vijaya Diagnostic Centre in 1981. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service wise it is good. However, why you take customer mobile number when all you need is the regno. Can the reports be retrieved using just the mobile number? Moreover, a person on credit doesn't get any details of his report unless he himself calls up.

Good to see the systems and equipments. Qality diagnostics and reports on same day thru link is really helping us to minimize frequent visits.
Providing discounts to senior citizens is really appreciable.
Since the diagnostic centre is little inside the street, would recommend to keep one cab to drop to nearest bus stop or auto stand for the patients who are unable to walk.
Keep doing good job and extend your helping hand to the poor people also.

No body in the hospital from people on the reception to sample collection staff not wearing mask.On being requested to wear mask refused point blank saying it is not required by law.
I had gone for the booster dose of covid vaccine for my wife and had pre booked the slot.The price for vaccination shown at the time of booking as per the guidelines of the government was shown as around Rs.350 but was charged Rs.780 and logic given was that there systems are not updated was forced to pay Rs780.It seems it is a deliberate attempt on part of the hospital to over charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.I am particularly unhappy about the way semen sample has to be collected in a toilet where gems, bacteria might exist which might influence the result.
A private room for sample collection should be arranged instead of asking the candidate to collect ina toilet room.
2.Released date in the report is shown : after 5 hours of collecting the sample, collected at 11 AM, released report after 4pm.. I am not sure, if the analysis is done within 2 hours of sample collection which is important for nearly accurate diagnosis and results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Arjun was great, he is the radio cardiologist.
So the only problem I noticed is that they never lift the calls of their phone numbers mentioned on the site. They got lot of negative reviews because of that. Even I tried reaching out 2 numbers on site but with no response. I tried reaching out because they told me that i can download the web reports from site directly by end of the day but i couldn't find scan results. Though, I got remaining results. After reaching out they said scan needed to be collected in-person. If they have mentioned it To me after the scan, i would have collected all the results on same day.
You guys need to address operational issues of your phone and email. No one responding to email too.
