★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below the grade service in carrying out billing and report generation. The customer backend team remains extremely eager to schedule the blood test. Once the blood test is over, the patient needs to follow up 10s of times every day to get the test reports.
Secondly, if there is a billing issue, DO NOT expect them to resolve it before few months.
Please avoid transacting with Max Labs at all costs. Beware!
