पहले तो यहां के जो कर्मचारी हैं उनको बात करने का ढंग नहीं है और यदि उनसे कोई बात एक दो बार पूछ लिया जाए तो बहुत गुस्से से जवाब देते हैं
और जांच का जो परिणाम होता है उसमें भी पारदर्शिता नहीं हैl
अतः आप लोग से विनम्र निवेदन है कि मुगलसराय में और भी कई सारे पैथोलॉजी सेंटर है जो कि बहुत अच्छे हैं वहां जाए और यहां सोच समझकर जाए बल्कि ना जाए तो अच्छा हैl
 It was a very bad experience going here,
First of all, the employees who are here do not have a way to talk and if they are asked about anything a couple of times, they answer very angrily.
And there is no transparency in the result of the investigation.
Therefore, it is a humble request to all of you that there are many other pathology centers in Mughalsarai which are very good, go there and go here thoughtfully, but it is better not to go.

writing this review just aftr returning from this place . ppl who have good experience of lal pathlabs kindly do not visit this mughalsarai branch , it's pathetic . if you are going for sugar test u won't find this place opening in the morning , I.e ur fasting sample time . today I went here aftr confirming that the lab is open (yes I called on the number mentioned , the guy was sleepy and picked my call 2nd time ) to my surprise , the sweeper came and said baithiye mai hi sample le leta hu ..... visit at ur own risk. there are better , early opening labs in the city ,, KINDLY SAVE URSELF AND DONOT VISIT THIS PLACE ????
