If there was no doctor available for sample collection..Then your staff must tell ..Pl come later to patient....
But due to cheap buisness tactical...Any how your staff is ready to harm patient ...

β β β β β Very poor service. No one picks up phone. Very late report generation. Customer care says we don't have the number of that lab- joke of the century. Shameless statement. How is it possible that you don't have your franchise's number. Pathetic

β β β β β I am extremely thankful to lalpathlabs especially nagpur dhantoli centre especially Puja madam she helped me in registration of repeat test without cost and satisfying me ,after retest I am satisfied with result now,lal path after conducting retest has confirmed that they take care of customer and ready to satisfy patient I will recommend further as I think other lab don't do retest easily ,only negative point is that they don't attend landline no they should make improvement on this matter

I visited here for an RT-PCR test needed for domestic travel. I was charged βΉ700. They accept card payments.
My sample was collected at 11:32 AM, and I received the report at 1:49 AM, around 14 hours later.
The staff are knowledgeable and thorough. They are friendly and polite, and make small talk to distract you.
