★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. I don't understand why they have opened a lab when I called asked some details about test, the guy who answered the call disconnected my call only I called him again but he was keep on disconnecting my call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! Extremely dissatisfied. Don't know their own timelines. Patient's suffering is not cared for... We had to go back and forth with the patient for a simple test. The lady at the reception just casually said "you can bring the patient tomorrow" despite calling them before coming in for a walk-in test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insensitive people despite being in such a sensitive work field. Mobile or landline number remains busy for the whole day constantly. Rude employees if you reach the centre. For home collection the rider finally reached at 11.40am for a blood sample on empty stomach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour. Although centre was open, 2 ladies sitting idle asked to come next day to collect token.
No one picked call on the number given here and also request to update time since they refused to do test when I went there at 7.15 pm.
The following day, I went there and requested them for home collection of sample, for which they agreed but no one came to collect and there was no way to connect with them as phone was either busy or no one picked up. Finally, after wasting my 3 days I had to find another laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be stars in minus also. Pathetic lady owner, so rude and arrogant.. While booking for test ,she does things in seconds..
But when you ask for reports or especially invoice, she denies every time..
This centre should be closed right away otherwise company's reputation is gonna get affected big time..
She is charging extra amount and also for home pickup she charged 500 and now denying to send me the invoice .. I need to this for reimbursement but this lady is so rude and misbehave d with me on phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, very helpful and polite staff. Like the ambience , neat and clean clinic. Well maintained. Got my reports in time. Thanks for your good work in spite of the pandemic going on its the best clinic in regards of hygeine and quality of reports.
