★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from this lab, Called on given number and guy had picked up the call. When asked about the test that can be done at lab and the charges , guy was very rude said come to centre for test and was not ready to disclose the charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting and untrained staff. Does multiple prics for sample. Never have option of credit card payment- saying card waali maam is not here. Reports are never on time. Had to gp thru huge pain for testing. Avoid. Go to Nerul center, they are totally opposite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting people, no working person can get tested here. If you go after 5PM they will give complete assurance that they can take sample at 8AM and will ask you to come next day sharp at 8AM. Next day was Sunday and they don't take sample on Sunday also. Then on Monday I reached there sharp at 8 AM and the shop was closed. I waited there 15 mins then one girl came to open shutter and said that staff will come after 9.30 AM.
This is ridiculous. Worthless people. If they can't come at time then why do you give fake promises and assurance to come on next day. It delayed my meducal tests and there is no way a working person can get tested in pathlab of sanpada palm beach road. Even that lady was not ready to test at 4 PM. May be they don't know how to take samples and that's why they keep on making excuses to people. Please close this shop because it is of no use and delays the tests of the people.
