β β β β β Have been admitted here. Hygenic hospital, service provided by staff is also good as compared to other hospitals. Cashless Mediclaim facilities available. Overall, nice hospital. Food quality from canteen is kind of okay, but good. Automotive beds, Xray facility on bed, ecg on bed available. Kind of advanced hospital.

β β β β β Worst experience. Doctor don't any idea what they are doing. Just ask to wait and no proper response from anyone. They just take admission to increase bill nothing else. Doctor never give information abt disease like even they are confused. I have my wasted in MPCT

β β β β β MPCT hospital, Sanpada is a designated covid immunization centre authorized by NMMC. The facilities are extremely good and staff is very much helpful. Once you enter the hospital premises, the helpful nursing staff take down details, ask relevant questions and direct you to payment counter. Once you pay and the receipt is generated, next stage is actual immunization where the staff provide with information about the vaccine and give instructions. After the covid shot, we needed to wait for 30 minutes in observation to monitor for adverse reactions. Very good

β β β β β Today I came across a very kind and smiling lady (K) who help me & my wife to go through my PET scan process at the PET scan department reception at the MPCT Hospital. β β β β β It is really impressive to find this place very clean and hygienic. One will not get a feeling that he is in the hospital. It is equipped with latest technology instruments .The staff is very polite and courteous. Doctors are experts in their subject . One of the best multi specialty hospitals in Navi Mumbai .

My grandfather is very happy with his treatment.

β β β β β Very bad experience. They harass you for money and force you to pay money and don't admit the patient. And now to refund out money they will take 60 days. They don't send you cheques or even transfer
Strongly not recommended. Your money will be stuck and they do not have customer servicing attitude at all. We wasted too much in following up with them. Suggest you take up any other hospital. And MPCT team you can contact me if you wish to correct yourself else this feedback is going to to my entire network. Please stop harassing patient's families like this.
