★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service. They will missplace your sample and tell you that report is delayed. When asked , Pradeep Kumar head of this lab, is ready to fight and argue with patient. When person is critical they are doing such things.
Please don't go there.
Pradeep is hell as an employee here.

It's my personal opinion ,they have to change their arrogant and mannerless staff.
In case people have some query , they won't pickup the call, when asked in person they are iggnorant.
someone named pradeep over there is complete mannerless person.
Don't goto Dr lal pathlabs please. there is no gurantee either they are giving your correct report or not.they will keep the sample for 24 hours then they will send for testing.

Pradeep Kumar over there doesn't even knoq how to talk to customer/Patients. This Pradeep is ready to fight with patients when they ask for report and report is delayed.
Remove this person Pradeep from this franchisee.
Widal test taking 3 days dor report, which takes hardly 2 hours. They misplaces the sample.
Please don't go here. Go to SRL instead.
