★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well these guys are very slow . Took sample 3days back and didn’t even carried out test . When I call for report they started doing test . Don’t trust Dr Lal pathlabs. They take money on time and report try you luck ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a ZERO rating option. I could have happily given that. I went to this lab for blood test of my wife 5 days back and they charged 700+ for the same. I was promised that I'll get reports by evening. I did not receive the report for the next 2 days, despite 5-6 reminder calls and messages. In addition to these, the staff doesn't seem qualified enough for even using syringes because the way she tried to take blood and the way she used syringe onto my wife's arm, its 6th day today and still it is having a dark black mark and lot of pain. As a citizen, I strongly request to whosoever reading this post, please do not visit this lab. Go to any other better one. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been asking for the reports from last one week and there is no proper response. Despite of multiple calls and reminders, they have no responsibility to provide the update to customer. They will update only if a customer calls them which is we will get the reports "Tomorrow" which I dont think exists for them. There is no proper communication and knowledge within their team itself. They have still not provided the report till now. Also, they asked us to post a bad review if they want us to if we are asking for reports, that's how careless they are. I highly not recommend this place. I don't have an option to provide 0 stars so I provided a one star.
