★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to visit. No proper response from the receptionist, very rude and mannerless behavior. If you want to be best center in Gajuwaka, first replace your people in reception. I even doubt the reports. I don't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience in this diagnostic centre. They treat patients on priority. Not the people who come first. Not at all a recommendable place. Will never visit this place again and don't suggest anybody going there. Even one star rating is also waste for them. Irresponsible staff and maintenance

They said they gave it to my dad who is aged and not in a position to talk,walk and sit.
Looks like they lost it somewhere and blaming me.
Very bad quality.
I see many negative reviews here and will drag this further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u visit this center firstly you will here 2 words wait for half an hour and secondly they will ask you to do self service. Very careless service totally dissatisfied i spelled patient name word by word still they not even skilled enough to type the name correctly and blaming us in reverse. And i asked them to correct it they simply say we are help less. And back recommendations. All they need to respect their job and put little efforts in satisfying the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sheer example of how mismanagement can doom your business. The staff is irresponsible. This diagnostic center has a good location with great visibility and a very bad team. They make you wait so that they can finish their chit chats. They don't respect your time. Their interaction is not professional and rude sometimes. All in all, Customer is a distraction who disturbs their routine. They make you feel small and helpless.

2 days back i has done medical checkup but after 2 days they will not provide proper reports.
Thai is very very horrible service.
