★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience as a patient in this clinic and I'd happily give zero stars or a negative number of stars if that was an option. Since it's not, one star it is. Dr. Mangla Dogra is the most arrogant and rude doctor I've been to. She has no empathy or compassion for her patients' fears, anxiety, and questions. She has zero regard for her patients' mental well-being. Probably hasn't ever heard of a word called 'anxiety' which a number of people experience. I don't care about the reviews that say "best doctor", "excellent service" or the tag on Google saying "Best Gynaecologist in Chandigarh, Mohali" (which, I will assume the worst after my experience, is probably self-written and a display of the arrogance I experienced). She might be a "good" doctor in medical terms, or have a degree and a couple of certificates but I don't get how there are any positive reviews anywhere on the internet with the temperament she has in front of her patients. But nonetheless, I wouldn't recommend this clinic to ANYONE, EVER. I do not understand how a doctor that lacks empathy to this extent and has no understanding of a patient's POV is well known and popular in the city. Also, the copy-pasted response with the words 'apologize', 'sorry', 'regret', 'inconvenience' they are mindlessly throwing around on the negative reviews on Google are worthless if nothing will change. If y'all really wanted to address the concerns mentioned in the reviews, you'd have done so a long time ago. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a perfect experience at this nursing home .It's an NABH accredited nursing home ,following all protocols and the standard perfectly maintained. The doctor, staff and every support system works in the correct coordination to make the patient's experience better. I highly recommend this place for any kind of gynecological treatment.

Quit low quality of service, waited two hours for ultrasound, while I was bleeding in pregnancy of two months.

1) They charge a lot- 1300 as consultation fee
2) The justification they give is that it includes everything, As part of first visit itself, they asked us to go to sector 16 and get our ultrasound done from there(for which we paid separately). Lol, what did you charge the amount for, then?
3) A bit intelligent people- they have hired another doctor whose surname is also Dogra and no where they mention that this person is not Dr. Mangla. People are paying this much to get themselves tested from a doctor who is too much experienced, and not from one who is in the domain for just 3-4 years(No offence to the other doctor, just a reality check!).
4) My relative visited this place twice and both the time we insisted to meet Dr. Mangla Dogra. They made us wait for more than 1.5 hours each time and when we explicitly asked the receptionist later since we were getting too late for the office- she then replied "Mam is in OT, and even we don't know how much time is it going to take".
**** lady- Atleast you could have told this to us before. You are telling this after making us wait for almost 2hours and 1300Rs... woowww..
5) We finally agreed to meet another Doctor. This lady ruled out everything saying that you are facing issues because you are overweight!
Seriously Mam??? That's it?
That's one of the reasons why we visited you, because given the amount of time she spent on fitness, being overweight is not NORMAL, plus we noticed some other symptoms as well, and that's why we visited a Gynaecologist.
I have heard from my Mom that Dr Mangla Dogra is indeed good, but they don't give any **** unless it's really critical.
So overall a very negative experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Mangla Dogra for my gynae related health issue and had the best experience with her. She is an exceptional doctor who gave me personalised attention from the get-go. She is not only a highly skilled doctor with a state of the art hospital, she is also extremely empathetic and was always available for me when i needed her. I was fully satisfied by the services provided by her and her team of doctors and have no complaints whatsoever. She is undoubtedly the best gynaecologist in the tri-city area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankful to Dr Rythm and Dr Mangla for an excellent experience and care given to my wife during and after her pregnancy. We have been blessed with a beautiful daughter and we thank Dogra Nursing home ( Doctors and Nursing Staff including) for it .
Dr Dogra is an experienced doctor who will give you the best medical advise at every stage and if I talk about Dr Rythm , I would say that she is an extremely professional and understanding Doctor and will highly recommend her to everyone.
