★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 month before I had shoulder injury in right shoulder while deep throwing in cricket match and met to nearest Orthopedician he prescribed antiinflamatory and suggested physiotherapy and completed as per dr suggestion. There was no improvement and change dr who asked for fresh MRI scan which revealed SLAP Tear and like this new dr other drs also suggested go for arthoscopic surgery by Considering that he had already taken 1 month pain killer and physiotherapy it means now surgery will be the best option. Till the time my shoulder became worse ie, Frogen Shoulder , even not able to wear clothes, not able to sleep in night ie, acute pain in night. Finally I was convinced for surgery but in last family thought to take third opinion at Sports Injury centre . There opinion was that he may hv doubt that I hv taken right physiotherapy and suggested yo take good physiotherapy to improve movement first thereafter after fresh MRI we will decide that actually you are a candidate of surgery or not because physiotherapy along medicine can do wonders.
Someone suggested to met Dr Manjeet Sinha in east Delhi and this was my right decision. After 10 setting my shoulder movement improve alot and pain going down and moreover to this I got a self confidence that I can cure without surgery. So all SLAP tear does not require surgery .
Honestly saying he is young dynamic and passionate dr who listen you carefully soft spoken and give you 100 % while exercising to treat you. In my earlier experience it was machine 90% and 10 % was the exercise. Here things are totally opposite 90 % exercise and machine is only 10%.
Highly recommended dr for physiotherapy.
