★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely wrong treatment for my wife.....concluded as GBS with an hifhly wrong abnormal csf protein report but actually it was conversion disorder which could have been treated in few thousands but spent 6 lakhs with huge ivig injections and give unnecessary medicines......patient name G R RAMYA admitted on 25 may 2020 and duacharged in 03 june 20....any kawyers who come acroaa this post pls help me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He was engrossed in TV. Wasn’t interested in listening to patient’s issues nor suggested what was the problem. Just recommended list of medicines and several irrelevant tests. Very expensive and long wait time but hardly gives 2 minutes to the patient. He didn’t even read through my reports.

95% patient history wrote by assistant doctor 5% work done by doctor. Charging Rs. 1800/- for no reason, he is there for making money. Not at all satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Staff. Mis managed hospital. Money minded. If you have insurance, don't go there as the first thing they will ask is how much insurance cover and then decide the treatment.
And they are not on the panel for any insurance, so no cashless facility, so he is free to over charge.
Dr. manoj rajani has attitude issues and so does his brother or relative by the name of Ganesh who manages the hospital for him.
Mismanaged appointment, reception tells you at the time of booking appointments that you will have to wait 2-3 hours, what's the point of booking an appointment.
Most patients are referred by local doctors who get money to route gullible patients to them, even though there are better hospitals around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not very good in reseption there is four ladies and all of them is very rude every time they mis match your file and first nurse attend you and write every thing then after 2 hours they call your name doctor see you for 2 minutes only and priscribe you medicien if you have lots money then go there and first they charge around. 3k to 3.5k every they only suggest you test only and test needs to been done in there clinic only.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctor and staff. Treatment offered is absolutely to the mark. He gives discharge only after he is satisfied that patient has fully recovered. Staff takes care of the patient really well. Charges are as per the standards of service which is provided. Fully satisfied by the treatment given and i have completely recovered from my illness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negligence by Dr. Rajani while my monther got second brain stroke. Dr. Rajani didn't understand even that it was a stroke. She was taking all medicines before second brain stroke as prescribed by Dr. Manoj Rajani only. We had to admit her in ICU.
Wins Hospital should note this seriously and must not repeat with any other patient.
