★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mitali turned out to be a Godsend for my brother who had sever health complications for about a month but had not got an accurate diagnosis and treatment despite consulting many renowned hospitals in Delhi and Gurgaon.
When contacted, Dr. Mitali not only patiently examined the entire medical history in detail and prescribed a line of treatment that later resulted in perceptible improvement in the condition of the patient, she also showed remarkable care, empathy and dedication to her job. She actually went out of her way to help patient get admission in the Emergency ward where he got urgent treatment. She kept on regularly following up on the condition of the patient with the family members during the entire duration of hospitalisation.
She has come across as an extremely knowledgeable doctor who, with her experience, is on top of her job. She explained the lab reports, diagnosis details and her line of treatment with utmost clarity and proficiency. Extremely relieved and reassured by her treatment that is still going on, after a very traumatic experience before we contacted her.
She is definitely our go-to Doctor in case any one in our family and acquaintance have health issues related to Pulmonology in future. Extremely grateful and thankful to her!

My father had a critical case of covid-19 and was experiencing long covid symptoms. Dr Mitali helped him settle down with his oxygen desaturation issues and get better. During the session she patiently heard my problem and prescribed the necessary medication required. As my interaction with her happened during this pandemic, she was very kind and polite. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pulmonologist in NCR. I was suffering from chronic cough for 2 months and consulted different doctors but nothing worked. I visited her at MAX Gurgaon.
