On Doctors recommendations booked service for the Thyroid test. Which covers home sample collection and report delivery.
Calling from 4 days on daily basis for report delivery. Daily we hear same promise it gets delivered today and no person is coming for delivery.
Fed up with these guys don't know what services they are providing to other customers when this simple task they can't handle efficiently.
