★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally horrible service the receptionist thinks no end of the world n dominates as if she is the doc herself.In case of emergency never available.treats them as if they r not important.the worst part the receptionist gives medicines in case of emergency n then tells call the doc afterwards.thats not over to get to the doc one needs to call at least 4'times and the receptionist never transfers the call to the dr.when Dr neeta was not there the substitute gave the wrong dose n insisted to give the kid crocin peven though he didn't have fever n when dr Neeta came back she said why did you give crocin when he didn't have fever.horible to even take appointments they never give n keep the phone engaged.disgusted with the service and attitude.would never suggest anyone mainly bad service n horrible for emergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Dr. And receptionist both are very rude. After talking appointment receptionist forgot to note down patient name, and shouting on us. Dr is also rude and instead of attending patient politely, she is shouting onnus as we have visited other Dr on her absence.
